Discover your inner power to change old patterns of behavior through embodying the ancient stories of sages, warriors and animals hidden within your yoga asana practice. Who is the warrior behind Virabhadrasana I, II and III? How does Hanuman accomplish the impossible? What makes the cobra a yogi’s best friend? These myths and others have the ability to uncover a truth that connects us to the power of our own intuitive wisdom and the natural rhythms of the universe – reminding us who we really are.
